I know you have Zoho CRM Web-to-lead function already available but it's VERY basic and we don't have a coder to go through the actual embedding codes to customize it to our specific needs. 

I've built a web-to-lead form on Zoho Creator and it looks exactly like what we need. So my question is

- How do we embed the Creator web-to-lead form on our website 

- How do we automatically set up Creator and CRM so that the client's details gets automatically sent to Leads in Zoho CRM for manual approval once the new client fills out the form 

- The web-to-lead form has a 3 questions questionnaire which we want them to be fed into Zoho CRM>Leads>Notes (for that respective new client). And have the heading 'Jotform (mm/dd/yyyy)' for the Note that gets created for the 3 questions.
