Populating Account ID when importing contacts

I am moving records from zoho to another zoho. We are using our accounts in the new zoho which are being imported from quickbooks. I need to export contact from the old zoho and have them imported AND linked to the accounts in the new zoho. Is there a way to import contacts and link them to accounts by using the name of the account or the account ID. We have mapped the account id and the parent account id and the contact field 'account' will not populate. Any ideas? Thanks
