Popup and Email remainders not working in Calendar

Popup and Email remainders not working in Calendar

To reproduce the bug:

1.- Click on a future time in Calendar (next half hour)
2.- Click "More Details"
3.- Type the information for the event
4.- Select the Reminder time
5.- Be sure the "Popup" and "Email" boxes are checked
6.- Click OK

Wait until the event time (minus reminder) is due....Nothing happens: No Popup, no Email.
