Port 8080 Non-Responsive

Does anyone have problems with zoho vo just shutting down and no longer responding to port 8080?

Because the new installation (and even the system we used) is constantly going down. The server and everything is up, but Zoho is dead and must be restarted using the sh command in UNIX.

We were actually able to install Zoho VO using the zip file on Linux. We did the browser installation and the system started using the standard sh run.sh.
However, Zoho shuts down after 30 minutes of being idle and no longer responds to port 8080. We must log back into the system as root (SSH) an rerun sh run.sh. It restarts successfully, but then shuts down again after about an hour or less. Any ideas on how to keep this puppy up & running?

We're running cpanel and this is the only a/c on the box.
