I am having difficulty finding portals?

I am told it is here:

Settings----->Channels----->(There is no "portals" link here?)

I only see these options under Channels:

Email
Telephony
Social
Chat
SalesSignals

I was on 14 days trial of Enterprice CRM, and it wasn't there so I upgraded to Zoho One (30 day trial) and it's still not an option under channels.

Please help!
