Possibility for making a url list from any custom fields related to each contact?

I would like to have a list of related websites to each of my accounts/contacts displayed on each of the contact cards- (not the add link function ion the far right of the screen)

but i cant find any custom fields that can fit the way id like it to: the url just displayes the whole url (id like to just use an ahref for a shorter version of the name) and pick-lists have an url option-

is there any idea how to do this?

I thought about making a simple html list with links- is this possible to display with any of the custom fields?
