Possibility to see mails of other ZOHOCRM-User

Hi there,

my name is Oliver and I'm a brandnew ZOHOCRM-User - and the new administrator of our Zoho-System - nice combination ;)

My boss asked me to figure out, how he can have access to the mails of all co-workers. Can someone give me a step-by-step instruction for this issue?
