New to using the CRM in Zoho One.

I experienced the Deals Insights 'Amount by Stage' displaying old data. I refreshed the page and the data was still the same. Connected to Support chat and they took a look. There is an individual refresh icon for the chart, they pushed this and the chart updated correctly.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Locate a deal (mine was for $5,000), stage was Value Proposition. I changed the deal value to $0.00 and changed to Closed Won (we ended up doing it for free).

2. Open the Home tab, there is a chart that shows Amount by Stage. This chart still showed the $5,000.

3. Zoho Support connected and took a look, and confirmed that for the charts to update you have to manually and for each chart click the little refresh icon.

This is totally illogical to expect all of my sales team when looking at the Home page to have to NOT trust what they see until they have manually updated each individual chart. My expectation is that if I click the Home tab and look at the charts, they should update if the page is loaded, opened, or refreshed. Even refreshing the whole page did not update the chart, but only the individual chart refresh icon.

Just wanted to either:

a. Inform other users that this is the current user experience, or

b. Confirm that this is the incorrect experience and that there may be something wrong in our instance.
