Is it possible to have a shared calendar within Zoho without adding another user?
Scenario
Different users want to book a meeting room. They currently can only add to their own calendars. It makes sense to have one shared calendar so users can book the room and not have two meetings booked at same time.
I'm aware that this can be done with gApps which is the workflow we use. It would be great if this is possible within Zoho as we could then push link the potential and pull in all the details automatically.
