Attempting to use the Data Import Wizard to add new Tasks and
associate with existing CRM account records. Have tried several
formats for the Related To field without success, including
"Account Name" (without the quotes), account ID (e.g.
22164009800094776), and the apparent zoho account ID format (e.g. zcrm_22164009800094776).
Anyone having success importing tasks and having them associate
with an account record as opposed to manually post-processing imported
tasks to associate an account in the CRM UI?
