Postbox IN = suddenly the waste box

Hello all,

I did not receive mail for a longer item (2 weeks) . I thought it was a strange situation.
So by accident I found the the incoming mail was placed in the Waste box.
Because of this I lost 2 houses in which I would like to move to.
How can I change back the old situation without losing my mails and maps.
