Postbox (Mac Email Client) failed to find settings

Postbox (Mac Email Client) failed to find settings

I am able to access my emails on the ZOHO Mail platform but when I set up the email account on Postbox, I keep getting the message - 'Postbox failed to find the settings for your email account"

Could you please let me know what I could be wrong?
