We use Postcodes (We are a UK Business) for our Territory Management and have encountered a problem that I am hoping someone can help with or advise a workaround for.

If a lead is in Newport in Wales with a Postcode of (NP) it puts it into 2 territories as it also pulls back Greater London as the lead territory (Postcode of N against it) so I have ended up having 2 territories against the lead.

I am using 'Starts with' and have listed all the start of postcodes ie N, NW, KT etc for the Greater London Region.
