Posting a webform to a Google Sites Website

Folks,

I have heard that some users have been having trouble embedding a ZCRM webform in a Google Site.

I had similar problems until I found a savvy Google Apps user who tipped me off on what to do. The problem is not with a ZCRM webform, it is in the way Google Sites handles the code in their gadgets.

Here are the directions I followed to embed the form:

Use ZCRM to create the code you want to paste into the webform. Copy the code to the clipboard or a separate document for use in the next steps.

Sign in to your Google site with Administrator privileges.

Navigate to the page where you want to insert the web form.

Click Edit page ► Insert ► More gadgets ► Search: Code Wrapper ► Select ► Code wrapper.

Google Sites will display a box where you can insert your code. Paste the Zoho Web Form code into the gadget and save the code without any change.

Save the page and everything should work just fine.
