Posting to wordpress.com

I love to write my blog posts in zoho writer and post them to wordpress.com. Can I add key words (Tags in wordpress.com) with my posts instead of just Technorati Tags? You know, posts with key words (Tags) which are compatible with the whole wordpress.com system will attracts more traffic. Thanks!
