I have always used MS Access but am looking for better software. Have been reading up on Zoho and really like the look of it, however just wanted to be sure it could do what I want before going forward.
If I understand correctly I would build a CRM database with all my customer contacts on and then use Creator to build a stock management database. These could then be linked so a customer sale would automatically reduce stock and I would effectively have all information in one place (like I have on access at the moment).
We are also having a new website built using WordPress. Can this be linked to ensure purchases made on the website automatically update my contacts AND stock quantities? (I would also need to be able to do this manually).
