Potential Stage editing/update
Am I missing something here, or is editing the Potential Stage information overly cumbersome? Why not an active drop-down box to easily move from one stage to another?
I am using the free version of the program right now trying to evaluate it. I have entered a number of "potentials" (deals, opportunities, whatever you want to call them). I've edited stages and probabilities and love the amount of information I can get into the Potential, but updating the information just seems overly time consuming. I have to click the "EDIT" button at the top of the potential to edit the Stage? I very rarely have to edit ANYTHING else in that group of fields (Potential Name, Account Name, Contact, etc.) and those that I do give me the ability to edit individually. In fact, almost every other field in "Potential Information" is editable individually other than this.
Is this because I am using the free version or is this really how ZOHO means for this field to be coded?
