POTENTIALS VIEW: Closing This Month


I have tested this and confirmed that there is a BUG in the Potentials Closing this Month View

I reported this before, but could not prove it - now I can.

Many of our potentials were not showing up in previous months and there was no way to verify.

However, today I noticed that a large group of potentials that were dated 7/31/09 were not appearing on the view, but ones dated 7/30/09 DID appear.

So I changed the 7/31/09 to 7/30/09 and they all magically appeared properly.

Please check your date criteria on the Potentials Closing this Month View - this also effects the report at the bottom of the page on potentials tab.

This must have been what happened to us in the past also

My work around was to advise all my staff to input the closing date a minimum of one day before the last day of the month. This makes the potentials appear on the report.
