Potentials Created Through Campaign Aren't Visible

Potentials Created Through Campaign Aren't Visible

I have leads associated with a campaign and on conversion to a Potential, the campaign information doesn't carry over to the Potential itself, nor does the Potential get listed under the campaign. I've also tried to create a new Potential directly from the Campaign page, and it never shows except on the Potentials page. I've attached two images. One shows the blank area of the potentials section on a Campaign Detail Page, and the second image shows the potentials I created based from the campaign.

What can I do or what can I change to make that possible? Thanks.
