Hi,
We have been using Zoho CRM for nearly a year now in our carpet/flooring/furniture retail business.
We are creating Potentials for each potential job we get which is great, but we're finding it time consuming and tiresome for some staff members. (I have recently lost a staff member partly down to having to use Zoho!).
Are we doing the right thing creating a potential for every job. Average 150 potentials per month between us.
