Practical Workflow Definitions

In most professional methods a Workflow is beginning process to end, with variables of IF and THEN and WHEN.  For example:

IF (a) is triggered, THEN (b) task, WHEN 7 days, THEN (c) is triggered, IF (d) field is (variable), THEN (e).


All this is ONE professional workflow.  But in zoho this is divided into 5 workflows.



Why does the Workflow in Zoho stop after one Task or Alert, then require to make another 'workflow' to follow it?

Then zoho limits Workflows to 10 workflows.  Doesn't make much sense.


It's very tedious and time consuming to match all the 'workflows', that are supposed to just be one workflow.


Just my thoughts.  I hope Zoho can eventually make Workflows more robust to compete with other cloud CRM packages.
