pre-fill a form field from report

pre-fill a form field from report

hi all
i embedded a report on a page, and want to pre-fill a form field when opened from this report ("+" button).
i've tried using - 
  1. url params
  2. page vars
  3. report filter
no success.
anyone know if it's possible, or only with a custom zml snippet?
