Pre-Migration Questions

1. How can we sync calendar, mail and tasks across all apps? I was told over the phone this could be done?

2. I understand user permissions are per App, not per user across all Apps. Is this correct?

3. What permission settings can be assigned per user throughout all Apps?

4. Backup: How can we backup our data?

5. Restore: How can we restore our data to another environment if necessary (mail, docs, etc)?
