Pre-populated Zoho Form Not Updating CRM via Edit Response Link
I hope someone in the Community can offer a solution or work around.
Scenario: Via Zoho Form, I plan to send a pre-populated link to my tenant(s) and use a subform on the zForm for the tenant to submit the current occupant information. I use zForm Update Record CRM Integration and everything works great on the initial submission. The CRM record is updated and the tenant receives the Edit Response link.
Issue: When the tenant uses the Edit Response link (from the original email) to make a change to the previously submitted entry, none of the changed information gets updated in the CRM. However, the correctly updated entry is found under zForm All Entries. And, even though the CRM Status shows "Update Record - Record updated" in green -- nothing is updated on the linked CRM record.

Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.
