Pre-Sales Questions

I'm running a number of sites and each one needs a support system like Zoho. Would I need to set up a new account for each site or will Zoho Support allow me to do this and keep tickets, messages, etc. separate between each site?
Are people using Zoho Support as a separate portal or are they able to somehow embed it into their sites?
