Pre-Screening Assessment Limitations

Hi,

we want to port my screening to Zoho Recruit and have some questions/topics which are blocking this idea and which we dont see in Emply or similar systems..

 

We need to use more than 20 Questions in my pre-screening assessment.

You are limiting the assessments to 20 questions.
I want to assess at least these topics grouped in sections:

As this is only the technology side, I would easily come to 60-70 questions and can not see a reason for the limitation.

As I want to automatically qualify and wight the answers (which is limited to objective answers like check boxes, or radios or such) I can not use something like "Do you have experience with MySQL, Maria DB, Mongo DB or similar products

So, the limit to 20 questions is a no go for us as an ATS without Assessments is not worth the effort of maintaining it. 


We need RADIO boxes side by side

We need to use radios for candidates answers


Because of the number of questions, the assessment, will get very long.

To prevent this, I’m using drop downs with values from 1-7

But this is kind of ugly and inconvenient to select from (it doubles the clicks)


I would rather like to have the radios side by side which would give a nice table style assessment.

 

This would also require to some how format it as a table to not have the radios spread over the page like this:


 

 

I need to check the Assessment upfront.

I did not find a solution to test the assessment – other than opening a dummy offering on our live job portal.



This doesn't look very professional...

How would I test the Assessments?
