Predictive Typing?

I know this must have been mentioned in a previous thread, but it would be really helpful to have predictive typing added in field entries, including Look Up fields.

Example:

In City field, when I type LO, a sub menu should appear that says, Los Angeles. May be this could be based on my historical entries.

Also on Look Up fields, it's really tedious to click the icon to look up and get the pop up window to then have to find and select the proper look up Account.

Would be great if I just started typing, and it gave me a list of the Accounts with the predictive letters I've entered so far.

What a time saver that would be....
