Preferable pop3 account or zoho mail?

Hi support,

first I had the username@zoho.com as my default e-mail address with Zoho Mail. Then I created the pop3 account with my business e-mail to fetch all mails. Then I found out that I cannot forward any mails (or create forward filters) with pop3 accounts. So I reversed all and got back to the zoho mail.

However, WHAT is the preferred method in Zoho Mail? Should I have my own pop3 account?

I know that in Zoho Support pop3 is deprecated and forwarding method is the preferred one.

So, in Zoho Mail, what do you suggest as best practise? Create my pop3 account AND maybe also the domain mapping?

AND.. if I would (again) create my pop3 account, is there a way to move all mails from my zoho mail to my pop3 account?
