We are using the webform in CRM, for sending potential new customers a sales-document via e-mail and add the person as a lead in CRM.

All the products are in a custom mules called "estates", and on this is a field showing the status (for sale, sold, pending).

We are using tags to select the right template, and to show what product the lead is interested in.

We made a new form for each product (real estate) and is now facing a limit of the number of active forms available.

Is there a way to create a webform in CRM or a custom form in Zoho Forms, to give us the same solution.

The form is linked in a iframe, and could be prefilled with a certain product. The product should be prepopulated in the url to prefill the form.

Both the prefered email template, the lead owner and the tag (or the estate custom module) could be linked in the form url.
