Great program and easy to use. I have a few questions prior to possibly purchasing:

 

1) The 250 emails per day, is that per user or overall? Does this include normal B2B emails or is this stricly the limit when doing campaigns? I may elect to output my files to Constant Contact as an option for email marketing to prospects. Anyone elso transferring to and from CC?

 

2) I see how you can store attachements to an individual account. However, I want to store attachments so that my sales people in the field will have access to all our sales and technical literature (as PDF's). That way, they can send to an account or lead when needed. I don't see how to accomplish this. Am I missing something?

 

3) On the Outlook plugin, if I buy for all 8 users, can they use this on their laptops and desktops to sync to the Zoho-web CRM? Also, do you keep the plugin logged in all the time or only log in when you want to select emails to sync back your contacts?

 

I am also evaluating SugarCRM. It is a great program as well. But, I was able to modify, layout and import a list of accounts faster with Zoho vs. Sugar. Sugar has some nice functions for email marketing.
