Presentation won't play video on apple TV

Presentation won't play video on apple TV

Hi there, I uploaded a video media clip to a Zoho Show presentation. However, when I try to play the presentation on Apple TV, the app skips over the slides with video clips in them, refusing to play them.

Please help!
