Prestashop 1.6 - The SMTP connection failed to start

Hi there, i tried a lot of things and i keep receiving this error

Erro: Por favor, verifique a sua configuração

The SMTP connection failed to start [ssl://smtp.zoho.com:465]: fsockopen returned Error Number 110 and Error String 'Connection timed out'

Right set store email  as same email form smtp account
