Preventing user/profiles from exporting data from Zoho CRM

Preventing user/profiles from exporting data from Zoho CRM

When adding new users onto CRM, is there a way of preventing them from exporting data (specifically accounts, contacts, leads and potentials)?
We've taken on a new sales resource on a trial period and don't want them to be able to walk away with our data!!

Any advice would be grateful.
