Is there a way to:
- show all the emails from different contacts on one tab if they're under the same account, and
- customize the display/filtering of the emails?
For the majority of my accounts, there are multiple contacts with a lot of email interactions every day. So it isn't efficient to click each every one of them to view the details.
So I want to see all the emails from different contacts on one tab if they're under the same account, and preview the content of my emails before I click into them and able to add comments for each of the emails. Currently, CRM separate different contacts' emails into different tabs and doesn't have the ability to customize the email view or adjust email filter.
I know we are able to customize the call or event, adjust the filter, then able to preview the description of the call/event without click into it. Wondering if we could do some similar function to the email preview as well?
