Hi,
I'm not able to figure out what Price Books does, apart from holding information. It does not seem to interact/affect quotes/invoices or any other transactional document related to a product and its price.
I've read many topics here, most of them asking roughly the same question. What does price books actually do and how are they implemented in the sales process?
In Zoho Books, on the other hand, the Price List feature seems to be very much what you'd expect it to be...:)
However, Zoho Books has its own disadvantages compared to Zoho CRM. Overall, CRM seems to be more suitable.
Are we wrong to assume that Price Books in CRM should offer roughly the same functionality as the Price List in Books? Sure, CRM will always be less finance oriented than Books, and will therefore have less functions and/or flexibility, but that doesn't mean CRM is not usable.
Can someone please point me in the direction of an answer?
Thanks!
