Price levels per account (customer accounts)
I recommend that besides price books that are assigned to specific products, you can be able to create a price level tables and assign a specific level of discount to a customer. ie, customer A has a 10% discount across the board and customer B has a 15.5% discount across the board.
This is a typical scenario for wholesalers.
