Price list functionality is available in Professional plan?

Price list functionality is available in Professional plan?

I am currently in starter plan. I am looking to add differential pricing based on the Geography of the customer. Please clarify the below points:
  1. Can differential pricing based on the Geography be enabled using Price List functionality?
  2. If yes, is the functionality available in Pro plan? I got two different sources regarding the price list functionality. 
One is based on my login - when I tried to upgrade the plan as below. Price List is available under 'Pro Plan' as per this.



Other one is based on Zoho commerce pricing link publicly available. It is as below. Price List shows under Commerce advanced, but not under commerce professional.



Pls confirm which is true. And also the right pricing. there is discrepancy in the pricing
