Price list functionality is available in Professional plan?

Price list functionality is available in Professional plan?

I am currently in starter plan. I am looking to add differential pricing based on the Geography of the customer. Please clarify the below points:
  1. Can differential pricing based on the Geography be enabled using Price List functionality?
  2. If yes, is the functionality available in Pro plan? And also the pricing of Pro plan as I am getting different prices in different links.
This was actually raised in request# 69423160 . raised I raised it on May 7. But till now, I have not received any response. So writing to you again. Hoping to get clarification this time. More the delay, more loss of opportunity to Zoho and me.
