I am trying to import my product using an excel file (I have tried as well .csv) so everything works find except the price.

Indeed all my prices have a comma such as 3,10 $

Once the import is made there is only $ 3.00

I have tried many things but it doesn't work ! 

Since the support doesn't give the solution for it to work can anyone have had this problem ? and what is the fix ?

Maybe there is something I don't understand...
