We recently emailed support asking for a way to have zohocrm automatic add value to list price and add VAT, and recieved a concerning reply that zohocrm can't handle that.
Are we the only organisation that needs a way/method to handle quotes, pricing and VAT issues automatically?
If you have had the same issue and found a solution are we very interested in your solution.
Zoho replied "
We may analyze the option to automate this in our future road map." - doesnt sound like a near solution.
