Print Mailing Label option in Leads shows Phone #, not Address on labels

Print Mailing Label option in Leads shows Phone #, not Address on labels

I select a few leads in my leads list and click the Print Mailing Label option. The displayed labels have the contact name on line 1, company name on line 2 and phone number on line 3. Yes all contacts have a valid mailing address but the addresses do not chow on the label. WTF? Why would a phone number print on a mailing label and not the address? Anyone know of a fix?
