Printed Layout Changed - Please PUT IT BACK

I have read that many complaints have been made about the recent bout of updates have changed the presentation of the data and making it more difficult to use.    These seem to have been answered by S. Prakash as now having been solved but I difer from this response.    The changes are unwelcome and unwanted by most users who are paying for this service.

Also, you have completely  screwed up the printed pages.    We use the Cases tab as our job Tickets and the layout has changed so much that now we are having to create our own work tickets.    This is something that requires your most urgent attention.   Whereas this page could be printed off and taken to a customer I would not want to present this in this layout as it looks so unprofessional.    When we started to use ZOHO we wanted to configure the layout of this page to include our logo and was told that it cannot be changed.   Well, you seem to have managed to change it now and for the worse.

I have attached a file showing the difference between the old and the new and this update is certainly a retrograde step.   We are now having to use our previous CRM system, CommitCRM, to raise our tickets but this is a limited time solution.   By the time we get back into the full swing on 6th January I hope you will have returned this to its previous layout.
