Printing Cases

I am a new Zoho user and am working on getting this configured for our use in the office.  I have run into one issue with Cases and need some help.

We use Cases to track two types of issues, on-site repairs and in-office repairs.  Is there a way to customise the printout generated for Cases?  We need different information on the tags for in-office vs. on-site work.
