Priority Contact

Hello Zoho;

I’m a relatively new Zoho One user, so forgive me if perhaps I’m just missing something.

I’m looking for a way to create a “priority” or “VIP” setting for my some of contacts.  I recently had an email from one of my long time VIP clients go directly into the spam folder, and I didn’t find it until the window of opportunity had long passed.  This missed email cost me thousands, and needless to say, I’m not happy about it.

Is there any way to make certain contacts a high priority than others, so that when I receive an email from them it goes directly to the top of my inbox and stays there until I decide to move it elsewhere?  That email should never have gone into spam in the first place, as the client’s email address is in my contacts, has a gold star beside it, and also because there were several other emails from the same client already in my inbox.

Any assistance you can offer to prevent this from happening again, and to help me designate certain clients as high priority than others, would be greatly appreciated!
