Private form/public view

Thank you for Zoho Creator. It is an excellent service.

I have a form that I want to keep private and views that I want to create they need to be private or public. How do I create a public view in this situation?

For example, I have looked at creating a private application. I see that I can create an embedded form that is public and does not required login. But there appears to be no way to create a public view.

I looked at creating separate private and public applications. But there appears to be no way to create a view in a public application that uses a form from a different private application.
