I have emailed clients a sign-up form using the permalink to my application.  It works great as they fill them out and I can review them on the backside under "contact views."  I just realized however, that the general public can access my contact views and see my data as well if they know my account name.  I need to restrict access to my contact views while still allowing the form to be open to the public.

 

Can anyone give me very specific instructions of how to accomplish this task?
