Pro rata holiday allowance for variable part time employees

We have some part time staff who work variable hours and their holiday allowance is based on pro rata system. In Zoho people is there any way to calculate their holiday allowance based on actual hours worked?

I.e. worker is entitled to a pro-rata amount of 5.6 weeks holiday, which is equivalent to 12.07% of hours worked over a year. So part time staff's holiday is accrued at a rate of 12.07% per hour worked.
