Probelm Calendar view

we had some problems with the calendar, unfortunately the Team calendar is unusable. too many limitations ... so it's impossible to work with, TEAM
calendar function is really bad. So we tried to use the private calendar as a workaround but without success. dates were not correctly displayed, see attached sceenshot, and we aslo can't see shared entrys in the calendar.

The entry from a team member is not visible at this date although
he added all team member as "attendees".

Is everyone knowing if there is a fix planned for that because we are looking for
a solution like this in the near future.
