Probelms sending emails from Windows Live Mail

Hi

I set up my zoho account with Windows live mail but when I try to send an email the attached error message appears.

Incoming mail works ok. Suppose the problem is with ERR USER NOT AUTHENTICATED. How can I reslove this?
