I have asked the question before:
What happens to Zoho?

Every day lots of people who can no longer send their mail because of changes Zoho done. No help available but almost all will have to wait several days for a reply. I guess they need to be able to send mail so probably they go successively to other mail clients.

Have competition with gmail become too difficult and Zoho is a sinking ship?

For my own part, I just want to know if this is your future quality level or if it will be better? From there I can make a decision about which email client I should use.
